A condominium is a multi unit building in which the home owner has the absolute ownership of that unit while common elements such as hallways, elevators, parking lot and amenities are owned jointly with the other condominium unit owners.

What’s good about owning a condo is that the owner has the control unlike an apartment setting. Other benefits include equity, which can build with each payment you make, unlike rent in which you own nothing.

It also has less maintenance which is also considered beneficial for some people. In addition, attractive amenities are also offered once you live in a condominium, such as pools, tennis courts, club house, etc.
